Ana Ramírez

Ana Ramírez is a DJ and creator of artistic-educational projects. A graduate in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Seville, with training in music production and currently pursuing a Master's degree in the History of Philosophy and Contemporary Thought, her work centres on listening as a critical tool and on the use of technology and music as a means to rethink how we relate to sound.

Since 2023 she has developed artistic and musical mediation programmes in schools as part of the PLANEA Network (Fundación Carasso) and the Consorci de Museus de la Comunitat Valenciana, where she designed and coordinated the project "ODISEAMIX, thematic DJ set for the classroom", an activity carried out in 28 schools across Andalusia and the Valencian Community.

Her teaching and artistic work also extends to non-urban areas through VEREDA, a programme run by the Seville Provincial Council through which she leads DJ workshops in small municipalities.

She has taken part in festivals and contemporary art spaces such as Teatro Central, C3A (Córdoba), La Térmica (Málaga), and the Andalusian Centre for Contemporary Art (CAAC), and has produced radio programmes for NTS Radio (London), Radio 3 (RTVE), Radio Relativa (Madrid) and Dublab (Barcelona).
